Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 28, 2025

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions set the rules for using Turf Rehab’s website and working with our company
for drainage, renovation, and turf-related services. By accessing the site or requesting a service,
you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Turf Rehab provides golf course drainage, athletic field drainage, renovation work, grading, grassing,
mapping, and related services. Each project is quoted individually based on scope, site conditions,
and materials required. Any services not listed in the written proposal are not included unless both
parties approve the change in writing.

3. Estimates and Proposals

Project estimates describe expected labor, materials, and general scheduling. Estimates are based on
visible conditions at the time of the site visit. If hidden conditions are discovered after work
begins, project cost may change. Updated pricing will be shared and agreed to before any additional
work is performed.

4. Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines depend on weather, material availability, crew scheduling, and site conditions.
Turf Rehab is not responsible for delays caused by storms, flooding, supplier issues, or other
factors outside our control. If a delay occurs, we will adjust the schedule as needed and continue
work at the earliest reasonable time.

5. Site Access

The client is responsible for providing clear access to the work area. This includes removing
obstacles, coordinating with facility staff, and confirming that the site is safe for equipment
and crew. Turf Rehab is not responsible for delays caused by restricted, blocked, or unsafe access.

6. Utilities and Underground Lines

The client must disclose all known underground utilities, irrigation lines, drainage lines, and
cabling before work begins. Turf Rehab will request public utility location services when required,
but the client is responsible for private or unregistered lines. Damage to undisclosed utilities
is the client’s responsibility.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each proposal or invoice. Unless specified otherwise, payment is due
upon receipt. Unpaid balances may pause ongoing work and may lead to additional fees. Some projects
or materials may require a deposit before ordering or mobilization.

8. Changes to Work

Any changes to the approved plan must be agreed to by both parties in writing. This includes
revisions to layout, materials, added features, or expanded scope. Change orders may adjust both
pricing and scheduling.

9. Turf and Soil Performance

Drainage and turf renovation work improves conditions, but natural grass is affected by weather,
soil structure, maintenance practices, and usage patterns. Turf Rehab is not responsible for results
outside our control, including heavy wear, disease, drought, flooding, or improper maintenance after
the project is completed.

10. Equipment and Property Damage

Turf Rehab takes care to protect your property, but normal construction work may leave temporary
marks on turf, soil, or access paths. Any damage outside normal construction impact will be addressed
in a reasonable manner. Turf Rehab is not responsible for damage caused by unstable ground, unmarked
utilities, or unsafe site conditions.

11. Website Use

All content on the Turf Rehab website, including text, images, logos, and layout, is owned by Turf
Rehab unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse material without written
permission. The site may include links to third-party resources that Turf Rehab does not control
or manage.

12. Privacy

Any personal information you provide through forms, email, or phone is used for project coordination,
communication, and basic record keeping. Turf Rehab does not sell or share customer information with
unrelated third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

Turf Rehab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages related to project work or
website use. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for
the specific service in question.

14. Termination

Either party may end a project agreement in writing if the other party fails to meet its obligations
and does not correct the issue within a reasonable time after written notice. Work performed up to
the termination date, including materials and labor, must be paid for in full.

15. Changes to These Terms

Turf Rehab may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will
be posted on this page and will apply to current and future use of the website and services.
